Daiwa WellPay™ Terms of Service

Welcome to Daiwa WellPay™. These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Daiwa WellPay website, application portal, and related services (collectively, the "Services"). 1. About Daiwa WellPay
Daiwa WellPay is a payment program offered to assist customers with purchasing eligible products through installment payment arrangements. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval, financing, or payment plan eligibility.

As part of our review process, we may request documentation including but not limited to:

- Proof of income
- Proof of residence
- Employment verification
- Other supporting documentation
Failure to provide requested documentation may result in denial or cancellation of an application.
